How to Read Your CrossTalk Ebook

Your ebook arrives as an EPUB file. EPUB is designed to resize its text for phones, tablets, computers, and most ebook readers. The file is not attached to your order email.

1. Download your ebook

1. Sign in to CrossTalk Publishing with the email address used for your order.
2. Open My Resources.
3. Find the book and choose Download. Save the .epub file somewhere you can find it, such as Downloads or Files.

You can return to My Resources later to download the book again while your access remains active. For your security, do not forward private download links or share your account password.

Kindle

1. Download the EPUB to your phone, tablet, or computer.
2. Visit Amazon Send to Kindle and sign in to the Amazon account connected to your Kindle.
3. Upload the EPUB and choose the Kindle library or device that should receive it.
4. Connect the Kindle to Wi-Fi and sync the library. Conversion and delivery may take a few minutes.

Do not copy the EPUB directly to an older Kindle by USB unless Amazon's instructions for that model say it is supported. Send to Kindle performs the needed conversion.

iPhone or iPad — Apple Books

1. Download the EPUB in Safari and open the Downloads list, or locate it in the Files app.
2. Tap the EPUB. If it does not open in Books automatically, tap Share, then choose Books.
3. The title will appear in the Apple Books library. If Books uses iCloud, it can sync to your other Apple devices.

Mac — Apple Books

Double-click the downloaded EPUB. You can also open Books and choose File → Import, then select the file.

Android or Chromebook — Google Play Books

1. Download the EPUB and open Google Play Books.
2. On Android, open Play Books settings and enable PDF uploading if Google asks for it. Locate the EPUB in Downloads or Files, choose Open with, then select Play Books.
3. On a computer or Chromebook, visit Google Play Books, open Library and devices → Books, and choose Upload files.
4. The book will appear under Uploads on devices signed in to that Google account.

Windows or Linux

Use an EPUB reader such as Thorium Reader. Install it from the official site, open the app, and import or open the downloaded EPUB.

If the book will not open

• Confirm the filename ends in .epub; do not unzip it.
• Download a fresh copy from My Resources rather than forwarding the file through another service.
• Make sure the reading app and device software are current.
• If the problem continues, use the CrossTalk Publishing contact page. Include the book title, device model, operating-system version, reading app, and the exact error message. Never send a password or full card number.
